It seems fitting, then, that they judged the 11 grossest fast food options money can buy. The grossest one, if you ask us, is the Crown Crust Carnival from Pizza Hut in the Middle East: A crust stuffed with cheeseburgers and the rest of the pizza filled with special sauce, various meats, and, of course, cheese. But they’re all pretty jaw-dropping, so we’ll let you form your own opinions.
